THE  DOVER WAR MEMORIAL  PROJECT

Civilian Service of
Remembrance and Thanksgiving - 2007

INDEX

We have the Royal Navy, the Army, the RAF, and the Merchant Navy. To them we owe a debt of gratitude beyond repayment. But there is another service too, without which we could not have survived.

Dover, our frontline town, is uniquely placed to know how much we depended upon them - and how great was the cost. On 6th November 2007 we held a Ceremony of Remembrance for our Forgotten Service - The Civilians.

Below is the index to the service at the parish church of St Mary the Virgin, and the Dedication of the new Headstone for one of our child civilian casualties. Scroll down to click the relevant link to access the page.
