placing of a new plaque of names
on the Memorial and the rededication of the Memorial to those who
fell in all conflicts:
I
thought that everything went well at the dedication service and the
sun shone at just the right moment. It was very moving; all I could
think about was how pleased my aunt would have been to see her son
remembered. I went back on Sunday and took some photos and today the
flowers are still looking good. I want to thank you once again for
all your help - I really do appreciate it I will feel now that when
I lay my poppy this year it will mean even more than before. All the
best to you and your family
Thank

powers that be and in ensuring our cousin will always be
commemorated in the town which his family loved and
to which he belonged. It was wonderful for us to be part of the
rededication service and especially to have three generations of the
