This Book of
Remembrance has been provided by the generosity of
the Members of the Battery, Relatives for the
Fallen, and the unstinted labour of many,
particularly Messrs A F Aird and F W Cook, who have
done so much towards the compilation and completion
It was dedicated by the Rev A Stanley Cooper BSC
(Eng), Chaplain to the Mayor of Dover, at the Parish
Church of St Mary the Virgin, Dover, on Sunday 15th
April 1951, and received by the Worshipful the
Mayor of Dover (Councillor W H Fish, JP) on behalf
of the Corporation of Dover for safe-keeping for all
time within the Town Hall |
